COOKING INSTRUCTIONS for FRENCH ONION SOUP:
Empty contents into 5 quarts of boiling water and cook 20 minutes - ready to serve. However, this should be served traditionally in individual casseroles or petites marmites with a round of crisp buttered toast or croutons added. Then sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan Cheese and place in piping hot oven or under broiler flame to bring out full rich flavor. Add 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce per quart and rub bowl or casserole lightly with garlic, if extra flavor is desired.
