We have been distributing our teas through an exclusive joint venture throughout Asia for the past decade. Serving tea in prestigious establishments has required us to adopt the highest standards of quality, taste, freshness and aroma. Our teas are grown on our ventured property, in rich, organic soil free of artificial pesticides or additives. As the tea is processed, trained inspectors ensure the quality of the tea throughout drying and preparation. As a final step, we send samples of our tea to independent laboratories in Switzerland to validate consistency of flavor and aroma, and integrity of being the purest of organic teas. In 2008, we decided to introduce our teas to the North American market. We painstakingly developed blends of classic teas and herbal teas to satisfy the discerning North American palate. We conducted focus groups across the US and enhanced each and every tea until we were satisfied with the richness and fullness of their flavors and aromas. To add to the image, we created unique and beautiful branding that reflects an escape, an escapade.
In fact, Tea Spree's tagline is "An Escape to the Extraordinary," evoking a sense of travel to exotic locales across the globe. We offer three packaging styles: Tea Spree Gift Box, containing one box of classic teas, one box of herbal teas, and two beautiful porcelain steeping mugs; Tea Spree Serving Box, containing ten hand-wrapped silken infusers of mixed flavors; and, Tea Spree Pyramid Box, containing six hand-wrapped silken infusers of a single flavor. Each silken infuser is a unique pyramid shape, allowing the tea leaves to expand and steep evenly. Our classic tea flavors are organic green, jasmine, earl grey, organic black, and organic. chai.
