This sauce is far from the hottest(it's medium in my book),but does have bite,I always have this handy,as I can find it easily at my local grocery store! One of my favorite hot sauces!

This sauce is medium heat for everyday use. It has an excellent roasted pepper flavor, and there is *NO VINEGAR* to get in the way. Consequently, you get exactly what one should expect from a pepper sauce...versatility and flavor that does not try to smother the character of the food you season with it.
This sauce will definitely not leave a patina on your tongue. This is not a boutique novelty, it's a household staple.
You want good? Try Tapatio on cottage cheese. You'll never eat cottage cheese any other way again, I promise.
My personal favorite applications of Tapatio are:
eggs
potatoes
pizza
anything creole (forget tabasco!)
cottage cheese
most rice
soups
mac cheese
and of course...Mex
In my opinion, this is the best sauce in your local grocery store. This 5 oz. size fits perfectly in your pocket on trips to your favorite restaurants.

Tapatio is hands down one of the most flavorful hot sauces I've ever had. There is NO vinegar taste in this sauce! I get so tired of the overpowering taste of vinegar and a little bit of heat in hot sauces like Tobasco! With Tapatio you get amazing flavor and the more you add, the more heat you get, but the flavor doesn't get overpowering. Excellent on pizza or just about anything! Do yourself a favor and try it!

Tapatio has a very good taste, but is lacking in heat. Strangely enough, I thought this one was too hot when I was much younger. Anyway, it goes good with Mexican food.
