meets my needs for baking Jan 23, 2012

"A Brooklyn Girl Out West"
As it started, I'm not sure why I originally picked this brand over any other at the store - must have been the cute old fashioned looking container.
What is inside the can is the important part though and that happens to be a consistently good baking powder; I use this often in baking, especially with my pancakes which would be more like frizbees at my high altitude without a little help from Clabber Girl.
I've had the same can for a year or so and it still is active and provides consistent results for my baked goods.
